Residence Programmes

Residence is a visa status that allows individuals and their families the opportunity to live, work and study in a second country legally without being a citizen.

Typically, permanent residence in a country is granted to individuals who gain employment or undergo full-time education. However, in recent years residency by investment has become another way for individuals and their families to obtain permanent residence.

Residency by investment is a process where an applicant meets specific fiscal requirements set out, and in turn, is offered permanent residency. Importantly, this is a much faster process to permanent residency. Moreover, individuals can become a citizen by naturalisation by staying for a certain number of years in that country.
